BREATHWORK
A powerful tool that helps you unlock deep emotional healing by consciously controlling your breath to shift your mind and body. Whether in our weekly breathwork classes, group sessions, or private one-on-one consultations, we create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your emotional landscape and embrace personal transformation. What can breathwork do for you? Reduce Anxiety & Stress: Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to calm the body’s natural fight-or-flight response, reducing anxiety and stress. Decrease Depression: Regular breathwork practice has been shown to decrease symptoms of depression by balancing the body’s chemical responses and promoting a sense of peace and emotional stability. Increase Mental Clarity: Clear your mind, sharpen your focus, and connect with your true purpose. Breathwork brings you back to the present moment, helping you feel more grounded and centered. Enhance Emotional Release: Sometimes the body holds onto emotions that are hard to express. Through breathwork, you can release old patterns and let go of what no longer serves you.

My journey began growing up in a household of narcissistic tendencies, cycles of shame, and gas lighting.
​
Turns out, when parents yell at you and shame you, you don't hate them; You hate yourself.
Breaking free of my struggle with self-harming coping strategies, I was left with options of numbing out or repeating shame cycles. Until I found breathwork.
​
Breathwork quite literally breathed life back into my soul and self-image.
​
Instead of an escape and outlet for my fear, anger and sadness, art became meaningful again. It was fun and playful.
​
Through breathwork and rediscovering my love for art, I found something I hadn't known before; I was always worthy. Always whole. And I wasn't a burden. My emotions were telling me how to care for myself, they were never too much.

So here I am reclaiming my wholeness and showing you how to do the same.

Our emotions go through phases. Phases of bright, shining light. Phases where we feel small and unseen. We might only think the phase where we are shining brightly is significant, but in every phase, we ARE STILL WHOLE. Learn how to have self-compassion for your dark phases and self-celebration and power in your light phases. Learning how to hold space for each emotion is such powerful regulation tool.
